what you will learn:

what “light therapy” even means, in plain english
how those hyperlight glasses are different from ordinary blue-blockers
the smart questions to ask before trying anything — judgment-free

a few things people loved: the idea that light is information your body reads. the difference between a harsh single-color light and the gentle, full-spectrum kind (a laser is a boxer, what igor shares is more like a trained massage therapist). why geometrically structured, full-spectrum light is fundamentally different from therapies based on a single wavelength, like red light. and why the hyperlight glasses feel different from the blue-blockers you may have tried.

i'll add my own two cents, because you know i only share what i live with. i use these myself, the glasses are on my face during screen time, and i have the device too. that's my experience, not a promise for yours. watch the replay and see what you think.

and because so many of you asked, "okay, where do i even start?" igor put together something just for our community.
